Main Responsibilities:

● Responsible for the implementation, and overall management of the Youth programme for the FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup 2022

● Assist in the selection of the Youth Programme Venue Officers;

● Assign, coordinate and supervise the responsibilities of the Youth Programme Venue Officers;

● Collate daily / fortnight reports from all the venues for ease of information access to the higher management;

● Responsible for ensuring that all the personnel data is produced, collated and given to the Accreditation Manager for the Accreditation process of the Youth Programme Venue Officers and Chaperones;

● Assisting with the implementation of the rights of FIFA’s Commercial Affiliates and National Supporters for the tournament throughout the duration of the programme; ● Document feedback from all the venues and the experience of the Chaperones; ● Write and prepare comprehensive debriefings and final reports;

Candidate Profile:

● Experience in dealing with children of different ages for public/ private organizations;

● Experience in conducting training programs, and youth programs in mass events is desirable;

● Graduate degree in streams such as Marketing, Events Management, Public Relations, Communications or others related;

● At least 3 years of working experience;

● Knowledge of the following areas: Marketing, Communications, Event Production and Stakeholders management;

● Experience in event and/or project management, ideally in the sports industry is desirable;

● Strong analytical capacity;

● Good relationship with peers in high-stress moments;

● Excellent written and oral skills;

● Advanced Level of English;

● Advanced Level of knowledge in Microsoft Office platforms such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint;

● Work Experience in start-up companies is a plus.
