Role description
Balmain & District Football Club is looking for experienced football coaches to train players from U8 to U16 graded teams (male and female) in our Development Program 2022.
FOOTBALL COACHES
We are currently looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and passionate coaches to join our team!
Coaches must be available to work in the afternoon during the week days, no weekend coaching is required.
Flexibility in coaching styles is required as sessions vary from U8 - U16.
5 paid hrs in a day - 3 sessions in a 1 training day - 2 days block
Tuesday/Thursday or Wednesday/Friday
3:30 pm to 8:30 pm
No cancellations in wet weather !!!
Alternative program
Consistent work from March to September
All equipment on-premises
3 types of goals, mannequins, ladders, rings, ropes, walls, and all standard equipment
1/2 of the football pitch is only for you and your team
Competitive teams (Only Div 1, and Div 2 teams)
Location:
Balmain area (Callan Park).
Key areas of responsibilities:
Ability to coach 10-15 kids by yourself
Follow the club’s annual session plans
Ability to adapt to the needs of a team
Develop a close relationship with a volunteer parent coach
Setup and pack-down of fields for training
Work in a coaching team representing BDFC culture
Work closely with TD
Adopt the club's football vision
