What does the day to day look like?

You will assist and develop the Academy’s Strength & Conditioning department in line with the club’s strategic objectives and the Elite Player Performance Plan. You will work closely with the Academy Medical department to assist with gym and field based rehabilitation. You will also be required to assist with the 1st Team Strength & Conditioning Programme.



This role will require flexibility to work some evenings and weekends.





Your background

We are looking for someone with at least two years’ experience in the provision of Strength & Conditioning services to elite athletes and coaches, which should include work with high performance teams or squads. The successful candidate will also have experience in the design, implementation and monitoring of Strength and Conditioning programmes. It is essential that you have an undergraduate degree in Sports Science or Strength & Conditioning.
