Working student service center (m/f/d)

We are looking for a working student service center (m/f/d) as soon as possible. The Bayer 04 service center takes care of all inquiries and requests from our fans.
Your tasks
Telephone advice for fans in the areas of ticket purchases, fan articles and memberships as well as other questions relating to Bayer 04
You are in constant contact with colleagues from other departments
You represent an important interface between Bayer 04 and our fans
You convey a positive and service-oriented feeling to our fans
your profile
You are communicative and enjoy dealing with fans
You are characterized by a high degree of self-motivation and commitment
You have knowledge of MS Office products, ERP systems and ideally some experience in dealing with ticket systems
You are resilient, flexible in terms of time and reliable
You are interested in football and enjoy working in a team
You are communicative and have a secure, self-confident demeanor on the phone
You have good knowledge of English (spoken and written)
You are always friendly and calm when dealing with our fans
