Under the guidance of the Head of Workforce, the Workforce Training Manager NZL will be responsible for supporting the successful development and implementation of the FIFA Women's World Cup 2023™ with a particular focus on the development of engaging, informative workforce (volunteer and paid staff) training. A deep knowledge of large-scale operations is required to deliver fit for purpose training. In addition, the Workforce Training Manager will work with different functional areas to determine the requirements of their workforce roles.Job dutiesYour role as a Workforce Training Manager New Zealand includes the following responsibilities:
Build relationships with third-party training providers to ensure that FWWC2023 has access to the most fit-for-purpose training technology available.
Source suppliers and partners for training content material.
Analyse the Functional Areas roles to offer training solutions to ensure positive outcomes during operations.
Work closely with Technology FA and FIFA to implement an integrate a platform for e-learning.
Manage resources, schedules and quality training sessions.
Manage the process of inviting the workforce members to attend each of the allocated training modules.
Conduct evaluation of training session/s
Manage large scale training and integration sessions.
Evaluate training location for different training modules and coordinate the provision of the appropriate equipment as well as the required services in collaboration with the relevant Functional Area.
Deliver Train the Trainer sessions.
Lead the team focusing on excellence and creating a positive efficient client experience for workforce.
