Founded in 1882, Tottenham Hotspur Football Club is an English Premier League Club, based in North London
The Purpose of this role is to support existing staff with the operations and delivery of all Therapy duties for the Foundation and Youth Development Phases of the Women’s Academy and Emerging Talent Centre, as well as the Senior Women when required.
This role is essential for the clubs ambition to have an aligned Academy and First Team which will help the clubs productivity in local home grown players. This role includes Evening, Weekend and Bank Holiday working hours.
To be present at training and fixtures for the U14, U16, U21 Academy and Senior Women and ensure all equipment is present and appropriate.
Assess, diagnose, and treat injuries for players within the YDP, FDP, PDP and Senior Women
To work in a MDT with other performance services and technical staff to ensure there is a holistic approach to player rehabilitation and development
Report any safeguarding concerns as appropriate and act on any concerns bought to your attention.
To be aware of all venues EAPs and are updated and shared with other staff on site as well as any opposition teams
To ensure all medical equipment is maintained and updated with the departments Medical Lead
Responsible for all pitch side treatment
To ensure all medical notes are kept confidential and uploaded to WPS within a 24-hour period.
To take lead on any Medical Emergency that occurs when players are in the clubs care.
Uphold Club, Medical Department, health & safety, ethics and safeguarding protocols, acting as a role model to players and staff alike and reflecting the Club’s commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people (under 18s).

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
FA Safeguarding Children Certificate
FA Level 4 ITMMiF or ATMMiF
Minimum 18-months post grad experience
Experience working within a high performance environment
UKAD Clean Sport Advisor
Degree in Sports Therapy/Physiotherapy
Soft tissue qualification
Member of Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), full membership of the Society of Sports Therapy or Sports Massage Association (SMA)
