The Graduate Assistant will assist with all aspects of a NCAA Division I Women program, including aiding with recruiting, coordinating day to day operations, conducting practice sessions, coordinating travel arrangements, handling appropriate compliance paperwork, camp/clinic/tournament implementation, community outreach, and other duties as assigned by the head coach.
Minimum requirements include:
- Collegiate or high level club women soccer coaching experience
- Bachelor degree
- Experience coaching attacking players
- Experience planning travel for a team
- Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations and a record of compliance with such
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skill
- Positive interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethicCentral Michigan University, an FBS Member of the Mid-American Conference, is accepting applications for an Academics graduate assistantship starting August 2024 for the school year. Candidates must be accepted into the Graduate School at Central Michigan University. This is a non-benefited position with a full tuition waiver (excluding fees) and a $11,100 stipend ($5,550 per semester).Interested candidates should submit a resume, cover letter and list of 3 references to the Assistant Director of Faculty and Staff Affairs-Tyler Tudor
