ROLE DESCRIPTION

Location: Gillingham, Kent (Star Meadow Sports Club and Maplesden Noakes School)


Women's Pathway (U12-U18, Semi-Pro First Team) and opportunity to work on Boys Pathway.



Soccer Elite Football Academy is expanding its Women's Pathway program and is seeking passionate and skilled individuals to join our team. We are hiring for multiple roles, including Lead and Assistant Coaches, Sports Therapists, and an Analyst. These roles are integral to the development and success of our squads ranging from U12 to U18 and our semi-pro first team competing in Tier 6 (London and South East Regional Football League).


Lead and Assistant Coaches -



Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality training sessions in line with the club’s syllabus and philosophy.
- Develop players' technical, tactical, physical, and psychological attributes.
- Attend training sessions on Monday and Wednesday nights.
- Manage and support team fixtures on Saturday (Junior Premier League) or Sunday (First Team).
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff to enhance the overall development program.
- Opportunity to work with the Boys pathway during the week.


Requirements:
- Relevant coaching qualifications (FA Level One minimum and working towards UEFA C)
- Previous coaching experience, particularly within youth or senior football
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Commitment to player development and the growth of women's football in the region.


Sports Therapists


Responsibilities:
- Provide injury assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation to players.
- Support players during training sessions (Monday and Wednesday nights) and match days (Saturday or Sunday).
- Work closely with the coaching staff to monitor player health and fitness.


Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications or studying for a related Degree at the University level.

- Desire to work in a sports environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a wider multi-disciplinary team or under your initiative
- Availability for training sessions and/or match days.


Analyst (Remote or On-site)


Responsibilities:
- Analyse Veo match footage and provide detailed reports on the team and individual performance and feedback to the coaching staff
- Use video and data to support what you see
- Collaborate with coaches to integrate analysis into training and match strategies.


Requirements:
- Experience or desire to work in sports performance analysis, preferably within football.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with the coaching team.
