ROLE DESCRIPTION

Vacancy Name Womens 1st Team Transition Coach & Assistant Coach U19 girls
Location City Farum
Description The role is with our 1st team and U19 team and is a full-time position.
Your role is to assist the Head Coaches in our 1st team and U19 team in all matters. You are co-responsible for the transition of U19 players to the 1st team.
Key Responsibilities • Co-responsible for planning and delivery of 1st team and U19 training sessions and games
• Co-responsible for developing the players from day-to-day on and off the pitch
• Participate in player meetings with transition players
• Coordinate with specialists to optimize individual development
• Follow-up on transition players’ development plans
• Follow-up after national team activities for transition players
• Ongoing development meetings with transition players (every 3rd month)
• Co-responsible for drafting transition list
• Responsible for communication of weekly training plan with transition players
Minimum Requirements • Experienced working with girls or boys U14-U19 as a coach and hold a coaching license minimum UEFA B-license, UEFA A-license preferred
