ASSISTANT COACH

Applicants for the position of Assistant Coach must be able to:

To assist the Senior Women’s National Team Head Coach in the management of player personnel, technical and support staff.
To assist in the coordination and supervision of training programme of the Senior Women’s National Team.
To assist in the selection of the player personnel of the said National Team.
Promote an appreciation of physical fitness, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
Can work cohesively with other professionals – physiotherapist, psychologist etc.
Identify the individual abilities of each player, and create suitable IDP (Individual Development Plans).
Communicates openly and effectively in a positive team environment.
Must have an understanding of tactical periodization.
The ability to assist in developing and delivery of effective game plans.
Ability to analyse tactical trends within elite football, e.g. (Formations and game principles).
To assist with scheduling and delivery of team meetings.
Must be trustworthy and display a high level of professionalism.
