About the opportunity: We have an exciting opportunity for an Academy Coach to join our Everton's Women's Team. The successful candidate will assist with the overall development and coaching of a specific RTC age group, in line with the coaching philosophy, vision and values of the RTC and Everton Football Clubs Women.

Other key responsibilities include:

Assisting with the management of a specific team in League and friendly matches, both home and away

Evaluation of all coaching sessions and matches and ensure that the relevant information is recorded fully

To profile the technical, tactical, physical, and psychological attributes of each player, then create and agree individual development programmes

Who we are looking for: Our ideal candidate will need to be experienced working with players, parents and other staff members with the ability to effectively communicate both written and verbal who place high value on attention to detail.

Essentially, the successful candidate must hold a UEFA B qualification and completed or be undertaking FA Youth Award (Modules 1-3 including assessment) as well as being able to demonstrate good practice when it comes to safeguarding children, contributing to our player-centred holistic approach at the Women's Academy.
