An opportunity to come and support our Women’s First Team
You will support the Women’s First Team Manager to recruit, manage and develop players for teams capable of competing successfully in the FA Women’s Super League and competitions. You will work closely with our analysis team to analyse the opposition and to prepare and inform game specific strategy in line with our style of play. We are looking for someone to be an ambassador for the Club and the women’s game and committed to further enhancing this at BHAFC.
The role will include travelling to home and away matches, so you will need to be flexible with your working hours.
Your coaching background
We are searching for someone who had had experience in coaching female players at an elite level and understands the FA Women’s and Girls player pathway and implications of Girls Long Term Player Development. You will be a team player who is passionate about women’s football.
Its is essential that you hold the following qualifications:
· UEFA A Certificate in Coaching Football (or equivalent)
· FA First Aid Certificate
· FA Safeguarding Children Workshop certificate
