As the Wellbeing Programme Manager, you will ensure the effective and efficient management of the Wellbeing Support Service and the delivery of its key objective, which is to improve the health and wellbeing outcomes of adults being supported through the programme.
Key responsibilities will include:
Managing the day-to-day operations of the Wellbeing Support Service, including the line management of the Wellbeing Support Co-ordinators.
The review and development of the client management process, ensuring we offer a high level of customer service which is responsive to the needs, wishes, and aspirations of the people we support.
Working collaboratively and in partnership with other statutory and voluntary/community organisations and volunteers to maximize the impact and benefit of the service.
Candidates for this role must have experience working in health, education, or the voluntary and community sector.
