SummaryNorth Carolina Football Club is the country’s largest youth-to-pro soccer organization and the parent company of the North Carolina Courage (NWSL, Women’s First Division) and North Carolina FC (USL, Men’s Third Division) professional soccer teams. The Club is actively seeking a part-time video producer. The Video Producer is a highly motivated and passionate individual who will grow the Courage and North Carolina FC brand through the production of a wide variety of video work. This individual should be a passionate storyteller at long and short-form production and must execute each project with technical proficiency. The Video Producer must be able to work with like-minded creatives in a team environment and be able to conceptualize, produce and edit video content for a variety of different platforms.Responsibilities
·      Ideate, produce and edit in house video content for North Carolina FC and NC Courage ·      Assist in developing compelling storytelling through all content and platforms·      Ensure all team video content is on-brand with consistency in style, quality and voice  ·      Produce/edit video for in-game use, website and social media  ·      Assist as part of Game Day video production team  ·      Ensure on-time execution and delivery of creative deliverables ·      Foster a positive, proactive, collaborative, and creative work atmosphere ·      Be aware of the latest developments and creative trends ·      Collaborate with the internal teams to leverage existing assets in new ways, and create content that is visually arresting and on-brand for each team ·      Other duties as assigned 
Qualifications  ·      Must be an experienced video producer with specific experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere·      Understand the full spectrum of the video production process including camera operation, lighting, and audio capture, directing talent, logging, tagging and archiving video footage, recording, and editing audio ·      Knowledge of compression standards across multiple platforms ·      Extensive knowledge of the video landscape ·      Must be able to manage feedback from multiple parties ·      Ability to meet tight deadlines, to think on feet, multi-task, prioritize and work under pressure·      Creative thinker and innovator with an acute eye for engaging visual storytelling ·      Strong self-starter and capable of working independently  ·      Responsible, with a positive attitude and ability to work well with a team·      Experience designing across a wide variety of mediums ·      Well organized with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines Excellent relationship building, communication, and interpersonal skills ·      Outgoing, creative self-starter that has strong leadership skills, while thriving in a team environment ·      Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays·      Ability to work from the North Carolina Football Club headquarters in Raleigh, NC.
