Role description

Beerschot VA Youth Academy is a family club in full professionalization. Our Youth Academy strongly believes in training our own talents. Therefore we have a great opportunity available for a motivated, flexible and forward thinking individual to take on the position of Video Analyst.

The successful candidate will have a passion for developing youth players within the Youth Academy. You will work closely with our Head of Academy Performance Analyst, other video analysts and coaching staff from your youth teams.

You are available on Saturday or Sunday (during the home game) and 2 evenings a week. Remuneration in accordance with performance, clothing package, subscription to the first team and the possibility to follow the correct education and training.

You believe in an interactive approach with players and staff in which ownership is stimulated.

You have specific computer science knowledge (Microsoft Office, MacOS)
