Position Purpose:The North Carolina Football Club, the parent organization of the North Carolina Courage (first-division women’s pro soccer team playing in the NWSL) and North Carolina FC (third-division men’s pro soccer team playing in USL League One), is seeking a senior human resources executive to (i) lead its organizational culture, diversity, inclusivity and growth initiatives, and (ii) oversee its traditional HR responsibilities of recruitment, compensation, benefits and performance management. Reporting to the company’s President, this role is an integral part of the Leadership Team, advising leaders on best practices to attract, retain and engage talent across the Club. The successful candidate’s experience would align with the responsibilities and requirements below.
