ROLE DESCRIPTION

Set the bar for greatness...

The FA requires a number of Coach Developers to support the effective delivery of our coaching courses, through a mix of in-person and virtual learning opportunities.

You will effectively deliver England Football Learning courses, specifically to deliver the UEFA C license.

As a Coach Developer, you will support us in achieving our aims of increasing the number of coaches from historically underrepresented groups that enjoy our game. You will actively promote diverse and inclusive environments and ensure our game is For All. Working within a team of Coach Developers, you will help learning happen by creating effective learning environments through appropriate learning activities. Connecting learners with sound content knowledge that they can effectively transfer and translate to their context. You will actively promote the development of more skilful players, transformational coaches and inspirational opportunities to inspire future generations.

The role of a Coach Developer can make an inspiring contribution to our game and our society, as such the team of Coach Developers will be provided with robust support and development opportunities.

We particularly welcome applications from female, black, Asian and other historically underrepresented groups. If you are part of a historically underrepresented group and feel you are not quite ready to apply but would like to in the future, please register your details using this link so that we can contact you with relevant support and development opportunities.

Please be aware that deployment has already been scheduled for the first half of the upcoming season, therefore opportunity to deliver immediately is limited.
