VOLUNTEER FUNCTION

FC Twente and Heracles Almelo will give substance to the youth academy on an equal basis from the 2020/2021 season. The aim of the FC Twente/Heracles Academy is to train regional football talent to become players for professional football. Through quality, creativity and cooperation with amateur football, the Academy wants to become a leading Academy where talent development is central.
JOB DESCRIPTION
As a video analyst you are responsible for capturing, analyzing and presenting match footage and training sessions of the Under 21 team. You work closely with coaches, technical staff and players to provide insight into player performance, tactics and individual development. You will play a vital role in optimizing our training process and helping players grow and progress in the Under 21 squad, which will play in Division 1 this season.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Record and analyze matches of the Under 21 team;• Identify tactical and technical aspects to improve team and individual performance;• Collaborate with coaching staff to develop match and training strategies;• Produce visual presentations and reports to provide insight to coaches and players;• Following developments in the field and implementing new analysis techniques.

PROFILE

A passion for football and a deep understanding of the game;• Experience in capturing and analyzing sports images, preferably football;• Knowledge of video analysis tools and software;• Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex information clearly;• Team player who can work effectively with coaches, players and staff members;• Flexibility and willingness to work evenings and weekends depending on the competition schedule.
