ROLE DESCRIPTION

Leicester City Football Club Academy are seeking an experienced Performance Analyst who can develop and deliver leading-edge performance and development analysis for our players and staff. Through team and individual analysis the role will help our players maximise their potential and ensure they are First Team Ready.

The ideal candidate will have worked an MSc in Performance Analysis, excellent technical and tactical knowledge of football and extensive experience of SportsCode or similar.

Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team with a busy programme the individual will need the ability to work under pressure without compromising quality or detail. The successful individual will need to communicate and present data in a manner that meets the needs of the individual and build strong empathetic relationships with staff and players.
