An exciting opportunity within our Women’s Girls’ team!
You will support the planning, preparation and delivery of coaching sessions directed by the U19 Head Coach. In this role you will help maximise individual potential by planning and delivering IDP sessions for the U19 players. You will support the recruitment and induction of new players into the age-group whilst also closely supporting on-going player reviews, succession planning processes and the re-routing of players away from the club.
 
On a match day you will review the players performance and complete any reporting or collation of performance data within the set time frames.
 
Your background
We are looking for someone who has extensive knowledge and experience of the football industry and working with talented female players. You will have excellent interpersonal and be able to create engaging coaching sessions. It is also essential that you have a clear understanding of the girl’s academy system and the England Talent Pathway for female players.
