Responsibilities and tasks
Development department 12 to 19 years
Planning, implementation and evaluation of physical training for players in the development department in collaboration with a physiotherapist.
Follow-up of individual physical programs for all players in junior/recruit teams, both in the gym and on the football pitch.
Responsibility for establishing a strong relationship and collaboration with the A-team's physical trainers as well as physical trainer at G16/G14.
Follow up physical programs for priority gamblers aged 12 to 16. These players are selected in collaboration with the development manager. Collaborate on seasonal plans with the responsible trainer to design daily, weekly, monthly and annual plans for physical exertion.
Responsible for the team's total physical load and recovery with other support equipment.
Assist with registration of training sessions with session plans and matches with statistics in Prosoccerdata for junior/recruit teams.
Together with the rest of the coaching team, the physical trainer must use the club's computer tools for follow-up, analysis and registration of the club's players in other analysis systems (for example GPS system, Spiideo, Interplay etc.) in training and matches.
Responsible for the club's physical test days and registration of players in Prosoccerdata.
Responsible for warm-up routines and injury prevention training in collaboration with the physio for all teams in the development department.
Assist with documentation in work around Academy classification 2.0, with schooling plan for physical training for players aged 12 to 19.
Participation must take place at all training activities around junior/recruit teams as well as matches in the G17 national team. Including working as an assistant coach in training and matches with the junior/recruit group.
Co-responsible for the analysis work related to training and matches with junior/recruit teams
If necessary, contribute towards coach development in the collaborative project. Participate in the development department's trainer forum and logistics meetings.

Relevant education at master's level
Experience in a similar position at a high national level or longer playing experience from a high level

Good written and oral knowledge of Norwegian

Salary according to competence
Place of work : Intility Arena, but must also calculate work both at home and abroad on certain occasions
Working hours: Flexible, but core time late afternoon, and as a player developer in Vålerenga, work in the evenings and on weekends must be calculated
