ROLE DESCRIPTION
Hobro IK has been a DBU-licensed club since 2019, and in May 2022 was awarded 2.5 stars for the first time in the DBU's licensing system. We have increasingly focused on youth work in the club, most recently via the club's first youth contract player.
As we are constantly trying to optimize our talent setup, we are looking for an additional assistant coach for both our U17 and U19 divisional teams.
To be considered for the position, the following is expected of you:
You must be able to train at least 2-3 afternoons a week.
B license, not a requirement but an advantage.
Desire to work with young elite players.
Able to motivate young footballers and help prepare them for senior football.
Have good communication skills and be able to organize.
Able to work across age groups, in collaboration with other coaches and managers.
What you get:
Trainer compensation
Clothes package
Opportunity for coach training
Possibility of supervision and professional sparring
The opportunity to become a coach in a licensed club
Possibility of influence, cf. your skills
You will have the opportunity to become part of a good coaching group and become part of our U16-U19 segment. In addition, you become part of a club where there are cards from youth coach to talent manager and where the door is always open.
Joy, humility, hard work, togetherness and development are the club values we cherish and to which we must always be faithful.
