LCA Sports are looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual to coach our U13 football team. LCA Sports are a community-based organisation that aim to bridge the gap between academy and grassroots football.Tasks and responsibilities:To Lead Coach with delivering and planning sessionsTo select of team for matchdaysTo build rapport with the playersTo ensure playing environment is safe for the playersTo adopt a fair and equitable approach to coaching at all times (catering for all individuals regardless of age, race, gender ability or disability)To agree to abide with LCA Sports FC code of conduct and safeguarding policyTo inform the Club Welfare Officer/Head of Club Development of any incidents which occur whilst coaching with the club.Requirements:Previous experience of working in a football environment not necessary.An interest or passion for coaching and working within sports, especially football.Minimum FA Level 1 Coaching Qualification (essential)FA Level 1 First Aid (essential)In-date DBS (desirable)Great management, leadership, organisational and motivational skills.Disciplined individual with a positive attitude and can lead others.Excellent attention to detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure.A team player who enjoys working closely with others.Working Days:Thursday 5:00pm - 6:00pmSaturday Mornings: 9:15am-11:00amSunday Matches ANYTIME between 9:00am - 15:00pm
