About the role
We’re looking for a goalkeeping coach, who will plan, organise, deliver and review the coaching programme for the youth development phase goalkeepers within the U13 - U16 squads. You will ensure the coaching programmes are tailored and age appropriate.
Working in conjunction with the Head of Academy Goalkeeping you will ensure our goalkeeping coaching curriculum is aligned with the club and academy coaching philosophy and prepares our goalkeepers for the transition to senior football.
Your impact
You will have a UEFA A Goalkeeping Coach Award, UEFA A Coaching Award, FA Advanced Youth Award, FA Youth Modules, 1,2 and 3 and experience of working with players in the professional game. You will have an understanding of EPPP, along with knowledge and understanding of safeguarding welfare and equality.
You will be resilient and work flexibly, which our sport demands.
About the team
You will work for our Head of Academy Goalkeeping and work collaboratively with our Player Development coaches. You will also work alongside Sports Science, Medical, Performance and Recruitment teams within the academy.
