Role description

Job Description Ipswich Town FC will be managing the FA Girls Emerging Talent Centre for the 2022-2023 Season, over the course of the season the successful coach will be managing the U12s Squad. Responsible for: The welfare of players within their designated age group. Providing high quality coaching and support. Implementing a training and games programme in line with ITFC Philosophy. To manage every players’ individual development support by creating IDP reports and player review meetings throughout the year. To work closely with all coaches to develop the club environment and operate to the highest standards. To develop and log session plans for every training session. To log playing minutes of squad when playing fixtures. To work closely with the centre manager and submit timesheets on time for payment. To attend CPD events or FA Licensed Coaches Club Events. To complete player registration for each training session. Qualifications: FA Level 2 or UEFA C coaching qualification or above FA DBS FA Safeguarding Course FA Level 1 Introduction to First Aid in Football (IFAiF) or FA Emergency First Aid charles.baxter@itfc.co.uk
