We take seriously our commitment to the safeguarding of children and adults at risk and to ensuring that Wolves is free from discrimination and harassment._____________________________________________________________Job purposeTo be responsible for the coaching provision across the U11 - U12 Foundation Phase Cell and to work alongside the Head of Coach Development, Head of Player Development and Lead U11/U12 Foundation Coach in the organisation and delivery of the U11 U12 Foundation Phase coaching and games programme in line with the Coaching Competency Framework, Staff Development Plans,Players ILP, and Academy Training Needs Analysis. This will include delivery of all KPIs, as required by the EPPP programme. In addition, the successful candidate will support all players within the phase across the 4 corners (Technical/Tactical, Physical, Psychological, Social)._____________________________________________________________Key responsibilities Working alongside the Head of Coach Development and Head of Player Development to provide a clear, up-to-date Training needs of every individual coach current and required level of performance To be responsible for and working alongside the organisation, planning and delivery of the Coaching Competency Framework, Staff Development Plans, Players ILP, Academy Training Needs Analysis and having a major influence on the analysis delivery of the Academy Coaching Philosophy and pathway plan. Working with the lead age group coaches to ensure that all squads operate in accordance with FA/FAPL and PL rules and regulations i.e. FAPL/PL Reporting, Team sheets.
Review of all sessions and information on the online management tool (PMA), relevant for your phase. Co-ordinate 6-8 weekly multi-disciplinary reviews for each player, alongside the Head of Academy, Head of Player Development, Head of Coach Development and Lead Phase Cell Coach. It is expected the Academy U11 U12 Foundation Development Phase Cell Coach will coach an age group within the Academy. To be committed to attend and deliver when required on the coach development days/evenings as part of your continual professional development. Support with the organisation and delivery of the U11 U12 Foundation Phase Cell Coaching and Games Programme in line with Wolves values and behaviours. Support Coaching duties for the U11 - U12 Foundation Phase Cell age groups and any other coaching duties to support the academy provision across the coaching academy programme. A clear understanding of the Club Philosophy and Academy Performance Plan. Multi-disciplinary communication to ensure the well-being and holistic development of the Foundation Phase Players Implementing and maintaining the Premier League Elite Player Performance Plan (EPPP) rules and regulations for the Foundation Phase. To ensure administration duties linked to management of player development is met. To work and support with the recruitment team to identify potential players for the Academy programme. To work and support across the programme to ensure alignment is being met in accordance to club philosophy and development. To work and support on the development centre projects that the club currently operate. To support and deliver on any club in service CPD events linked to the role. Ensure that all teams play in line with the Club Football Philosophy Guide. To support with the organising and delivery of the U11 U12 Games Programme. Document Match Day planning and evaluation using the PMA and Hudl analysis tool.
