Working under the guidance of the Team Services Operations Manager – New Zealand, the Team Services Coordinator is responsible for developing and managing efficient working relationships with Member Associations in the lead up to and during the FIFA Women's World Cup 2023.The Team Services Coordinator acts as a key liaison between FIFA, FWWC2023 Pty Ltd and their assigned Participating Member Associations, ensuring proactive communication, timely information sharing, expectation management and problem solving. The Team Services Coordinator will also be responsible for a number of operational projects related to teams' participation and activities.JobdutiesThe Team Services Coordinators shall be based in the FWWC2023 Pty Ltd Headquarters in Auckland and under the supervision of the Team Services Operations Manager be responsible for:Pre-Event Time Role*:

Communicating with Member Associations (MAs) in the planning phase and Participating Member Associations (PMAs) once qualified, to brief and assist them in their preparations for the Tournament.
Providing support to PMAs during the FWWC2023 and other tournament related Events in Australia/New Zealand.
Supporting Team Services with the planning and implementation of additional Events such as Team Seminars and Team Workshops, by contributing to the preparation of handbooks and presentations, as well as to the organisation and delivery of these Events.
Preparing, coordinating and accompanying MAs/PMAs on official Team Base Camps (TBCs) inspection visits as well as other venue inspection visits as required.
Assisting Team Services Facilities staff in the operational planning of TBCs.
Supporting the creation and implementation of FWWC2023 Team Services related policies, procedures and guidelines involving all relevant stakeholders.
Supporting the Team Services Operations Manager in planning and operations delivery across all relevant Functional Areas.
Supporting the planning and implementation of the PMAs' operations.
Closely working with other Team Services Coordinators across Australia and New Zealand to ensure high service levels and consistency in processes, documentation and all communications with PMAs.
Supporting the Team Services Planning Administration Coordinator with the appointment and training of the PMAs' Team Liaison Officers (TLOs).
Supporting FIFA Team Services with the official communication to MAs/PMAs and Zurich led operations.
Assisting with the organisation and implementation of the Team Arrival Meetings, Open-to-Public Training Sessions and other tournament-related activities for their assigned PMAs as required.

FWWC Australia New Zealand 2023TM Event Time Role*:

Cooperating with all Functional Areas and service providers to support the assigned PMAs on a daily basis.
Ensuring that all additional requests by the assigned PMAs related to the team facilities and operations are actioned and appropriately implemented and tracked.
Capturing all assigned PMAs planned teams' activities in the FIFA IFES Team Services system prior to the Tournament and ensuring that this task is continued by TLOs at Event Time.
Responsible for any bookings outside of the regular tournament provision (i.e. gyms, swimming pools, etc.) and assisting PMAs (including Family Friends) with the organisation of non-event related activities (entertainment, sightseeing, etc.).
Assisting TLOs with assigned PMAs by ensuring regular contact with them as well as resolving and escalating issues from the respective PMAs.
Supporting Match Day -1 (MD-1) activities and operations.
Any other task related to their assigned PMAs as required.

*Same role applies during Test Events.Closing date: 16th May 2022
