ABOUT THE ROLE
This role will work closely with the respective Young Socceroos Head Coach and the national team staff to successfully plan and manage the operational,
logistical and administrative activities for the Young Socceroos. This role includes preparation and attendance at all scheduled Assemblies including camps, tours and/or competitions throughout the calendar year or as directed by Football Australia.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Attend all Australian and international matches as directed, acting as a support for the Young Socceroos Head Coach and team members, including players
Attend all team training camps within Australia and overseas, acting as support for the Head Coach and team members, including players
Preparation for and organise all team logistics and operations, including domestic and overseas matches, training camps, advance travel and team meet ups; inclusive but not limited to arranging flights, hotels, transport, visas, security, training venues, equipment, kits and match schedules
Preparation for and organise all team off-field, training and match apparel and other team equipment requirements in collaboration with the National Teams Equipment Manager
Management of team staff including equipment managers, security, chefs etc.
Management and reconciliation of the team budget, ensuring that spending does not exceed the budget set

Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
Detailed tour planning experience
Excellent logistic and organizational skills
Ability to work with coaches and players to achieve objectives successfully
Excellent financial and budgetary skills
Inspirational and motivational individual to assist with creating a motivated and positive team environment
Experience working with athletic teams and knowledge of their culture
Demonstrated experience in dealing with world class athletes
Ability to work as a member of a team in a High-Performance environment
Represent Football Australia with integrity and in an honest, ethical and professional manner
Full working rights in Australia
Working with children check (paid/ employee) or state- based equivalent
Out of hours and weekend work as required
Travel will be required for this role
