POSITION SUMMARY:Houston Dynamo FC and Houston Sports Park are seeking candidates for Team Facility Manager. This newly created position will play a pivotal role as point of contact between team and facility operations in providing championship level experience for staff and players. DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES:
Interact with the team operations, health, and performance staff daily on facility related initiatives, projects, and issues.
Act as a liaison between team operations and facility operations.
Represent facility operations in staff meetings.
Act as a point of contact for departmental questions and provide quick resolutions.
Ensure field and locker room presentation is at professional standard prior to training and after training.
Assist team with sideline set up and breakdown for trainings (equipment transportation, tents, coolers, etc.).
Ensure mail and shipments are delivered to appropriate personnel
Other duties as assigned
Minimum of 1 year experience.
Ability to work nights, weekends, and potential holidays.
Work well in team environment.
Multi-task and effectively problem solve.
Understands the game of soccer, facilities, grounds.
