We are seeking to appoint a Targeted Support Mentor in our Behaviour Change team. To deliver bespoke mentoring programmes to young people that are at risk of involvement in knife crime, gangs and youth violence.
As a mentor you will:
Plan, prepare and deliver 1 to 1 mentoring sessions. Develop strong and sustainable relationships with targeted young people.
Develop and maintain relationships with external partners such as West Midlands Police, Schools, Pupil Referral Units, Sandwell Children’s Trust and Premier League.
Track, record and report the progress and outcomes of young people, whilst ensuring all provision is delivered in a safe environment and all safeguarding and health and safety regulations are adhered to and reported.
