Talent ID Scout - Football Federation Samoa
FOOTBALL FEDERATION SAMOA SCOUTING & RECRUITMENT DEPARTMENT IS SEARCHING FOR A TALENT ID SCOUT WHO WILL OPERATE REMOTELY
THE ROLE
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Football Federation Samoa as a Talent ID Scout. Working as part of the Scouting & Recruitment Team, the Talent ID Scout’s primary objective is to identify male and female emerging talent, eligible to represent Samoa internationally.
The Talent ID Scout must have a strong understanding of football, fantastic work ethic and an excellent team player.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
●  Proactively searching for eligible male and female players
●  Building and utilise a scouting network
●  Attending regular team meetings via Zoom
●  Providing monthly written activity reports to the Head of Scouting and Recruitment
●  Ensure excellent collaboration and communication with team members and relevant
stakeholders
●  A flexible approach to working in order to meet the requirements of the Scouting and
Recruitment Team
●  Providing insight and actively contributing to the continuous improvement of scouting
●  Ensure all external communication has received the appropriate level of sign off
●  Representing the Federation in a professional manner
