The German Football Association (DFB) is the association of the state associations, regional associations and the league association in which football is played. The most important task of the DFB is the organization of football in championship games and competitions. The DFB represents the interests of its member associations at home and abroad. With over 7 million members, the DFB is one of the largest sports associations in the world. The DFB acts with social and sociopolitical responsibility and feels strongly committed to the idea of ​​fair play. Recreational and popular sports are also subject to his special promotion.

The DFB wants to organize football in a sustainable and successful manner and use its diverse potential responsibly to maintain and strengthen the democratic and ethical foundations of a free society. The talent promotion program started in the 2002/2003 season and has since become firmly established as the first level of talent promotion in German football. The project with its currently 366 bases forms the bridge between the committed and indispensable youth work at the club base and the second level of talent promotion, the performance centers and elite schools of football. The support point coordinators (m / f / d) form the interface between the German Football Association (DFB), the regional associations and the support points in the talent development program.

Your tasks

Implementation of the DFB talent promotion program in the area of ​​the state football association Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania in cooperation with the sporting and organizational management
Coordination of the measures for talent spotting and talent promotion in the established bases
Training of fee and club trainers
Coordination of the inspection measures for the bases
your profile

Completed training as a soccer teacher or A license with a qualified university degree in the field of sports or a similar qualification
Many years of experience as a soccer coach in the children's and youth sector
Organizational skills, communication and teamwork skills, high level of commitment
Flexibility in terms of time and space - even on weekends
Class B driving license
A move to the area to be supervised is required
