MAIN MISSION OF THE ROLE
Supporting the definition of the Talent Acquisition strategy and its development and implementation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Select, interview, and prepare the list of candidates within an appropriate time frame;
Respond effectively to the requests of the various stakeholders, build relationships of trust and manage expectations, according to defined priorities and strategy;
Create a good candidate experience, at all stages of the recruitment process;
Support in defining the Employer Branding and Candidate Experience strategy and develop and implement the respective actions, evaluating and reporting results;
Support the management of the Onboarding model, seeking to promote the best welcoming and integration experience for new Employees;
Ensure, with the HRBP and the areas, that the methods and means used in the development of Recruitment and Selection processes are aligned and adequate to each area and to the best market trends;
Assist in matching the hiring policy to the needs of the BG;
Manage the BG's Curricular, Extracurricular and Professional Internship policy;
Elaborate reporting of Talent Acquisition KPIs, presenting appropriate improvement actions.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION AND TRAINING
Minimum one year experience in similar functions;
3 years in similar functions in medium or large companies;
Degree in Human Resources Management, Management, Economics or similar;
Post-graduate or Master's degree in Human Resources Management or similar;
Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel);
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Power BI (preferable);
Knowledge of Human Resource Management Systems (preferably SAP SF);
Fluent in English (preferable).
