Employment Period: May 15th – July 7thHours per week: 35Weekly Schedule:• Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 12pm-8pm• Friday 9am-4pm• Saturday 9am – 1pm

Seeking a university or college student to fill the role of summer office and field support staff. Candidates must be motivated, punctual and have reliable transportation. A vulnerable sector record check is a requirement of the successful candidate, as this role requires working with children.
Key Responsibilities:• Provide excellent customer service• Answer and reply to phone calls and emails• Assist members with registration needs and exchanges• Assist program manager with inventory• Participate and lead activities• Assist with soccer training activities• Ensure safety and supervision of participants• Solve problems as they arise• Serve as a positive role model, exemplifying the core values of Kitchener SC
Skill Set:• Demonstrate good judgement while working with children and youth• Strong communication skills• Attention to detail• Self motivated• Previous experience with soccer and/or working with children an asset
Conditions of Employment• Between 18 and 25 years of age• Current student or recent graduate of a secondary, post-secondary or technical program• A Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident• Willingness to participate in and complete training courses at the Club’s expense• Valid drivers License• Must be available to work afternoons and evening Tuesday-Thursday and Saturday mornings
