About the job
We are looking for a Strength and Conditioning Coach to join our pool of Casual workers, to provide strength and conditioning support to out Arsenal Women Football Club's Academy players.
You will assist in developing and delivering an elite strength and conditioning programme across our Academy age groups of under 9s through to under 21s.

Your day-to-day
Lead on the development of training plans for our young and aspiring players.
Lead on the delivery of weekly gym or field-based training sessions.
Moritor the workload of our players to ensure wellness and readiness.
Maintain our player profiles.
Lead on the coaching of both individual and group strength and conditioning sessions.
Work with our wider Medical team to provide a holistic approach to training and injury prevention.
What We Are Looking For
A BSc in Sports Science or a related field.
A UK Strength and Conditioning accreditation (UKSA) or Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) (NSCA).
Hold the FA Level 2 Emergency First Aid in Football (EFAiF) qualification.
Experience working with elite athletes.
Experience of developing physical development programmes.
The ability to educate, advise and motivate others.
Energy and enthusiasm, with the ability to enthuse and inspire elite players.
