ROLE DESCRIPTION

Job Title: Strength Conditioning Coach (Girls’ Academy)
Hourly Rate: £16.80 per hour
Hours: Zero hours contract. The provision will ideally be across training sessions in the evening and matches at the weekend.
Location: American Express Elite Performance Centre, Lancing
Job Type: Hourly paid

What does the role of a Strength Conditioning Coach involve?
We are looking for someone to help us deliver our strength and conditioning programme both on and off the field.  In this role you will support with designing a structured, sequential, evidence based athletic development programmes, ensuring everything that is implemented is in line with best practice for the FA WSL.
 
This role will involve working evening and weekends.
 
Your SC background
You will have experience in the support and preparation of developing elite athletes, with specific expertise in Sport Science support. It is essential that you hold an undergraduate degree in Sports Science / Strength and Conditioning or related area and hold a UK Anti-Doping Accreditation. We are looking for someone who has the ability to always maintain high levels of confidentiality.
