Role description

We are looking to bring in a full time staff coach with experience in a club competitive environment. Director role possible dependent on experience and administrative/curriculum development background.

Flexible start date, desired on or before June 1st, 2023.

Essential Functions

Head Coach 2-4 teams with Chicago Empire FC. Boys and/or Girls.
Design and execute training sessions that align with age based curriculum and desired CEFC Possession Based Style of play.
Conduct team/player meetings and evaluations including Player Development Plans.
Coordinate and manage game schedules
Utilize and implement technology within learning environment. Veo, Beyond Pulse, Google Sheets (Google Suite of products).
Additional responsibilities can and will be assigned based on candidate qualifications and possible director role.

Requirements:

USSF Licensure (or currently pursuing)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Administrative knowledge and experience in club soccer operating systems.
Ability to work productively in a collaborative environment to advance the goals of Chicago Empire FC
Ability to hold traditional work hours. *Office hours during the week as well as evening and weekend hours on the field
Well organized and prompt in communication
