Role description

This is an exciting time at Newcastle United and we are looking for talented individuals to help us on our journey. To help us deliver on our ambitious plans we have a fantastic opportunity for Stadium Tour Guides to join us on a casual basis.
The role involves delivering an exceptional and informative tour of the Stadium to a wide audience, providing guests with a unique visitor experience to the highest standards of customer service.
You will ensure all tours are delivered to the agreed operations and security procedures and comply with Club policies and health and safety procedures.
You will have excellent communication skills to build rapport with customers and be a confident and a clear communicator with exceptional story telling skills.
Previous experience of working in a customer service environment is essential along with GCSE, or equivalent,in Maths and English grade C or above.
With a salary of 10.90 per hour, this is an excellent opportunity to join our Newcastle United family.
