FLVW IS LOOKING FOR A SPECIALIST (M/F/D) IN THE FIELD OF PREVENTION OF SEXUALIZED AND INTERPERSONAL VIOLENCE
The Football and Athletics Association of Westphalia (FLVW) with around one million members in 2400 clubs is one of the largest sports associations in Germany and, in addition to the administration of the association, operates an extensive sports center with a sports school, sports hotel and sports congress center in Kaiserau.

Specialist for the area "Prevention of sexualized and interpersonal violence" (f/m/d)
The position is initially limited to two years part-time with 19.25 hours per week.
The goals of the office are to support and further develop the protection concept to protect against sexualized violence in football and athletics in Westphalia, which includes, among other things, informing our clubs on the subject, working out the results of the risk analyzes and an internally coordinated qualification concept.
The tasks:
Support and further development of the association's own prevention concept
Coordination, as well as operational implementation and follow-up of the measures of the protection concept to protect against sexualized and interpersonal violence
Coordination and summary of the comprehensive risk analysis of the FLVW
Conducting information and awareness-raising workshops for the subdivisions and member clubs (target group-oriented for officials, trainers and trainers, as well as athletes)
Accompanying and supporting the subdivisions and member associations in carrying out risk analyzes and in the creation and implementation of individualized protection concepts
Coordination, administration and qualification of the fee-based speakers for the nationwide implementation of protection against sexualized and interpersonal violence
Participation in JourFixes, further training offers and network meetings of the entire team "Quality Alliance for the Protection against Sexualized and Interpersonal Violence in Sport" of the State Sports Association of North Rhine-Westphalia eV
The requirements:
Completed studies in sports science, social education/work, psychology or comparable training
Knowledge of the specifics and structures of organized sport
Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365
An independent and structured way of working
Willingness to work evenings and weekends
Willingness to undergo further training in the field of interpersonal violence in organized sport
This is desirable:
Additional qualifications, for example in the areas of protection against sexualised/interpersonal violence, counselling, trauma pedagogy/counselling
Methodological and didactic skills in educational work, both online and in presence
