Job Title: Soccer Operations Coordinator

Position Responsibilities

Team Equipment and Uniform Management
Distribution/Collection and Inventory of all match-day uniforms prior to all games/tournaments
Equipment preparation for all on site events & off campus trips (Tournaments/Conventions/Combines)
Order / distribute & inventory of all soccer equipment for fulltime and summer camp staff
Point of contact for all vendors & ordering of their services (Kwik Goal/Pevo/Hi-Pod/Fiberlock/Koala T/Unimark/Patchworks/Taylor Rental)
Team Roster Administration
Collect, file and manage all necessary paperwork for all league and tournament affiliations including:
US Club Soccer
Florida Youth Soccer Association
US Soccer Development Academy
United Soccer Leagues
US Youth Soccer Association
Assist Business Manger (main registrar), with registration of teams, creation of passes and management of guest players and player profiles
Coordinate all scheduling for various leagues and maintain a master schedule for the whole department
Team Travel Administration
Arrange all team travel including flights, buses, rental vans, hotel rooms, team meals, event registration & communication with host site
Travel with teams when necessary to drive vans and manage travel activities including payments to vendors, etc.
Internal Operations
Point of Contact for all Student Services / Health Services in reference to all full-time student athletes (Player Issues/Work Detail/Sick Students)
Coordinate with Sponsorship regarding Inventory and Ordering Products & Apparel
Work with Alumni Relations Coordinator (Assist in contact information and visitation)
Manage any players on sport suspension
External Group/Event Operations
Point of Contact for US Soccer Coaching Schools: manage meeting space, AV equipment, field schedule shipments.
Assist with all USL / PDL Scheduling / AGM pre & post game paperwork and compliance
Manage facility to meet the needs of the event (Port-o-lets/parking/staff/volunteers/carts/power sources/tents/trash/security/signage)
Act as secondary point of contact for all external groups using IMG soccer facilities
Assist with any soccer related events as needed
Oversee Soccer Operations Assistant to make sure daily duties are completed
Adhering to all company policies, procedures and business ethic codes
Other duties as assigned

Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple projects
Excellent presentation skills with the ability to interface with a variety of audiences
Ability to multi task in a fast-paced organization
A superior work ethic
Desire to work collaboratively with colleagues
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Skills
Master’s degree in Business, Sports Management or related field
Experience playing, coaching or managing a soccer team or club
Physical Demands and Work Environment
Ability to lift, move, push and pull equipment or boxes in excess of 40lbs.
Should be able to handle outdoor temperatures for a reasonable period of time.
Must be able to move around campus which includes gym, turf, fields, etc.
Ability to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends and holidays is required
