Role description
The Kamloops Youth Soccer Association (KYSA) is seeking an additional full time Senior Staff Coach to add to our current team. The Association serves over 2500 participants through three main programs over the course of the year. We own and operate a 20,000 square foot indoor facility. KYSA mission is to be a community leader in the provision of positive, rewarding, and inclusive athletic experiences through soccer. We are looking to add a new team member who can deliver programming while staying true to the values of our club: Community, Inclusion, Respect, Growth, and Excellence.
Roles ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Staff Coach your duties and responsibilities may include both technical and administrative support for the KYSA Community and Select programs (season = April/May/June) and Academy programs (operating year round) including: coach and player development, coaching mentorship, player advancement, team training, academies, clinics and camps.
