About the Role
We invite and welcome applications for an Ivanhoe Edge Senior Soccer Coach to join our growing Ivanhoe Edge program. Working across all campuses, this is a casual position aiming to mentor our passionate soccer students across our School community.

The purpose of this role is to enrich the skill development of students in the Ivanhoe Edge program consistent with the expectations of Ivanhoe Grammar School. The senior coach's role is to plan, deliver and manage individual and small group coaching sessions for students in their field of expertise.

Your Everyday
Working closing with the Head of Ivanhoe Edge, you will:

provide high level mentoring and expertise to develop the whole student
work with students of all levels from junior recreational to senior elite
create and maintain a supportive and motivating environment
assist in attracting, motivating and retaining students of all abilities to the Ivanhoe Edge Program
maintain accurate records of student data ensuring they are utilised effectively in programming
provide constructive informal and formal feedback to students on their progress.
About You

current Working with Childrens Check (WWCC)
relevant Coaching Accreditation
excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with students and colleagues
personal resilience in managing multiple demands and timelines
strong capacity to consult, collaborate and interact with a diverse group of staff, students, and parents / guardians
highly competent in the use and application of digital technologies.
