A new position in our Women’s and Girls’ department!
You will develop a physical development programme for our women’s senior team, determined by department’s key principles and philosophies and devise and deliver on-field warm-up and player activation sessions. You will manage a team of sports science and strength & conditioning staff to ensure objectives are met and effective delivery is evident throughout all phases in our women and girl’s department. We need someone who can drive a positive and professional department to facilitate the Club’s vision of being a top four women’s Super League team.
This role will require travel with the women’s senior team for home and away fixtures.
Your background
We are looking for someone who has experience of working in an elite football setting and extensive experience of working with female athletes and rehabilitating injured athletes. This role involves line management, so it is essential you have previous line management experience. The post-holder will need to have a MSc Strength & Conditioning degree or equivalent, BASES accreditation and UKSCA accreditation.
