About the role
In this 12-month contract role reporting to the GM Commercial, the Senior Partnerships Manager role will partner with the Partnerships team and Senior Sales Consultant to assist in developing and implementing commercial business development strategies, plans and programs to meet annual targets for commercial revenue growth and to service and develop our partners requirements.
The role is crucial in building and maintaining strong relationships with all commercial partners and includes requirements on game days and at events. Paramount to this is ensuring service levels and benefits are delivered to our commercial partners; and driving sponsorship acquisition through effective inventory and growth offerings, presentations, and negotiations.

Desired Qualifications, Skills Experience
Minimum of 4 years experience in a related position.
Relevant tertiary qualification is preferred.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Experience managing multiple, complex and time sensitive projects.
The ability to work well under pressure within set deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong work ethic with a flexible and accessible approach, given the dynamic nature of the sports industry.
Effective management and development of commercial partner and stakeholder relationships.
