The FAS is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Executive to join our marketing team as the Senior Executive, Marketing. The successful candidate will play a critical role in optimizing and streamlining our marketing operations to enhance overall efficiency, effectiveness, and customer engagement. As a Senior Executive, you will lead a team of marketing professionals and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns, drive data-driven decision-making, and achieve organizational goals.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Marketing Strategy Planning
·Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and plans aligned with organizational goals.
·Drive the execution of marketing initiatives across various channels, including digital, print, events and social media.
·Collaborate with senior leadership to define marketing objectives, target audience segmentation, and positioning strategies.
2.Marketing Operations Management
·Oversee day-to-day operations of the marketing department, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns, projects and initiatives.
·Oversee matchday operations for the Singapore Premier League and National Team matches, ensuring an effective and successful management of the matchday experience.
·Develop and manage marketing budgets, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI.
·Monitor marketing performance metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports to stakeholders and recommending optimizations.
3.Marketing Technology Automation
·Oversee the implementation and management of marketing technology platforms, including marketing automation, CRM, and analytic tools.
·Identify opportunities to leverage automation and technology to improve marketing processes, lead nurturing, and customer experience.
·Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending relevant solutions to enhance marketing operations.
·Collaborate closely with commercial, content, communications, competitions and other cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies and initiatives.
·Ensure effective communication and coordination between marketing and other departments to drive synergies and achieve common goals.
·Foster a collaborative and positive working environment, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices across the organization.
1.Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2.Proven experience in a Marketing Operations role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
3.Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
4.Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools
5.Demonstrated people and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to inspire, convince and motivate teams.
6.Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
7.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
