Role description

Job Summary
Reporting to the Senior Manager of International Relations Stakeholder Management (IR SM) and Deputy General Secretary, the Senior Executive will work closely with General Secretary’s Office on the administration of programmes and activities in the department as follows:
Duties Responsibilities

Ensure timely submissions of FAS Membership renewal and new membership applications by Affiliates in compliance with the FAS Constitution.
Maintain the FAS Membership portal including operating functions and regularly updating content, where required.
Deliver appropriate and relevant information to respective departments on available initiatives, application protocols, and timelines.
Work with relevant FAS standing committees and staff to establish effective communication and ensure timely updates for the FAS EXCO, Council and Senior Management.
Assist in the planning, coordination and execution of the Senior Management Meeting.
Assist in the planning, coordination and execution of the FAS Annual Congress and Extraordinary Congress in accordance with FAS Constitution and FAS Electoral Code.
Assist in the planning, coordination and execution of the FAS Executive Committee and FAS Council Meeting in accordance with FAS Constitution.
Liaison with FIFA, AFC, AFF and UEFA on Funding Initiatives and Special projects, where required.
Ensure timely submission of Applications and Business Plans to FIFA and AFC, which strictly adhere to FIFA and AFC Financial and reporting regulations.
Assist in the planning, coordination and execution function of the VIP Hospitality during FAS organised events to provide a VIP experience for stakeholders and integration with relevant departments and volunteer management.
Any other duties as assigned by the Senior Manager IR SM and/or the Deputy General Secretary of FAS.


Requirements
University degree/diploma in public relations, project management or equivalent.

Preferably at least two (2) years of public relations or project management experience.
Strong written skills in English, alongside excellent communication skills – with strong attention to detail.
An enthusiastic team player who is able to work independently when required.
