Reporting to the Director of Commercial and Marketing, The Senior Executive is responsible for managing the delivery of Commercial Operations requirements in relation to the operational partner needs within FAS competitions, events sponsorship obligations.

The Senior Executive’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
As a member of the Commercial Marketing Department, the executive will be required to manage the successful implementation and delivery for any FAS competitions, events and sponsorship deliverable within the defined scope.
Actively participating in operational decision-making process for the FAS competitions and events.
Ensuring the operational needs of the department and sponsorship deliverables are met.
Liaise with relevant partners agencies to ensure the execution of all commercial obligations and sponsorship deliverables are aligned with the commercial concepts and requirements within the given guidelines and timeframe.
Actively support the development plans of the department and promote cross department co-operation.
Review, identify and actively build a strong alliance with external partners to develop plans and promote FAS objectives for potential partnership opportunities.
Overseeing the implementation of on-site operational sponsor related activities in relation to FAS competitions and related events.
To act as the main contact person to the participating member associations, clubs relevant agencies in managing any commercial delivery concerns or obligations.
Ensure the relevant competition related artworks agreed operational plan are in line with the necessary regulations guidelines as required for the competitions or events.
To assist in the preparation of necessary documentation reports regarding commercial operational related matters surrounding competition, events and sponsorship activation.
To perform key analysis based on available data from internal operational delivery plan system, including those provided by external agencies.
Raise the bar from one project/event to another through improving the quality of the event delivery or processes based on the needs of the commercial operational and sponsorship delivery requirements from year to year.
Constantly find ways of improving the existing processes guidelines to ensure smooth delivery of Commercial operations and sponsorship obligations for the FAS commercial partners stakeholders.
Provide client servicing and engage internal and external stakeholders to meet and support sponsor obligations and deliverables.
Assist in preparing and executing FAS competitions and event marketing plans.
Assist in identifying and implementing commercial value creation to enhance sponsorship returns for our business partners.
Job Requirements
Minimum Degree holder in relevant fields.
Minimum 2 years’ overall experience in sports related organizations.
Ability to think strategically, define operational opportunities and problems, understand complex delivery challenges, and formulate effective solutions designed to improve the delivery results.
Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to achieve desired results in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
Experience in good project management, operational budget planning and management.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
Excellent skills in Microsoft office applications.
Possesses a high level of teamwork and dedication, a high degree of professionalism and an ability to interact with a variety of entities and individuals.
