Aspects include but are not limited to budgeting, player registration, and services, scheduling for training, games, and club events as well as the ordering and management of equipment. The Senior Coordinator, Academy Football Operations will manage, coordinate, and execute all aspects of home and away games in accordance with the high standards of the Chicago Fire Football Club.  Job Responsibilities:Build and manage the annual Academy budget in collaboration with the Academy Technical DirectorBudget, coordinate, and facilitate all aspects of academy away trips which include devising itineraries, hotel, busses, vans, and flight reservations as well as nutrition for players and staffCoordinate and facilitate all aspects of academy home games which include coordinating schedules with our players and opponents, roster submittal to the league, field setup, and video recording/uploading to MOD11, VEO, and HUDLLiaise with the Sporting Operations Department on the field schedules for Academy training and games to assure all necessary reservations are booked in a timely matterManage player's registrations for the Club and MLS NEXT league to adhere to all rules and regulationsManage HUDL, VEO, GotSport, and MOD11 databases for all video and player registrationsExecute players’ ITCs as neededManage communication with players, parents, and Academy staff regarding training, travel schedules, and other important information as neededManage the execution of the Academy YSC order from Adidas which includes inventory tracking, printing, and distribution of gear to players and staffCollaborate with the Federations for player call-upsAssist in the planning and operational execution of Academy events (i.e., ID Events, Family Orientation, Senior Night, College Signing Day)Collaborate with the MARCOM department for all social media outlet needsOther duties as assigned Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, preferred Minimum of 2-3 years experience in a professional football club is required. Previous MLS/USSDA/USYSA Club experience an advantageSpanish language fluency preferredProficient in using PC and Microsoft office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)The ability to work independently and in a collaborative work environment Strong organizational, interpersonal, analytical, and planning skillsMust be able to work evenings and weekends as required.
