As the organiser of some of the biggest and most iconic sport events in the world we lead the way in the sport and event industry.We are now looking for aSenior Bidding Managerthat is part ofFIFAand supports us on our mission.These are your key tasks:
Develop and manage the roadmap for the process, including all key phases, activities and milestones Lead and coordinate the development of the bidding and hosting requirements and documentation, integrating, consolidating and reviewing all content Lead and coordinate the development of the evaluation model (including key criteria and methodology) as well as the performance of the evaluation (including the Bid Evaluation Report) Organise and actively participate in key activities taking place throughout the process, including key meetings, workshops, visits/inspections and negotiations Serve as the main point of contact for the process, managing key correspondence and interactions with bidders and other important internal and external stakeholders across various different mediums/platforms Enforce rules, procedures and policies related to the process as and when required. Work closely with, and integrate, a number of key internal business areas that feed into the process, such as Legal, Compliance, Communications, Operations, Finance, Commercial, Sustainability, etc. Support the Director of Business Affairs Strategy deliver on any other strategic projects which fall within his/her remit from time to time
