Role description

Once again, our collaboration with FC Copenhagen gives us new opportunities. This time in the form of a trainee course for those who have the ambitions, dedication and skills to work with scouting.

HIK Football and FC Copenhagen are looking for scout trainees for a six-month training course, where you will be trained and coached by HIK's and FC Copenhagen's scouting officers. HIK Football wants to upgrade the scouting and identification of skilled players in HIK's immediate area in the age group U12-U14 and with this initiative, we see many fantastic opportunities that meet this wish.

The trainee course takes place as part of the strategic collaboration between HIK and FC Copenhagen, and during the course you will be introduced to HIK's and FC Copenhagen's model for talent identification. The job is an ideal opportunity to gain theoretical and practical experience with the scouting profession, and the possibility of a further career in either HIK Football or FC Copenhagen is available.

You must have a good understanding of football and the desire to spend many hours on the football pitches, and as a trainee for HIK Football you must expect a weekly workload of approx. 5-8 hours with the majority at the weekend.
